Process summary

  1. Contact me through instagram DM to discuss about the commission.

  2. After agreement, I will send you the invoice through PAYPAL.

  3. I will begin the drawing after full payment is received.

  4. I will send updates from time to time, and/or you can ask for updates.

  5. Revisions can be done 3 times in sketch stage and only 1 minor thing in the next stages.

  6. I will send the finished drawing through email or gdrive.

  7. NO DEADLINES, typical completion time included with prices & samples.

Notes:

  • The currently available commission is colored clean-sketch.

  • Additional characters (max 3): + same amount.

  • Commercial purposes will have 2x the price.

  • Additional fees will apply depending on the complexity, such as detailed characters, adding custom background, accesories, and separating layers.

  • Simple background such as color blocks, gradients with simple shapes, or free brushes/materials available in CSP are free.

Terms of Services

  • I have the right to refuse commission that I feel uncomfortable in taking.

  • PAYMENT

  • Completing the payment means you have agreed to these Terms of Service.

  • Payment are done full-upfront through PAYPAL. I will send you the invoice and the payment must be done within 3 days or your slot is given to the next person.

  • .

  • TIME, PROCESS & REVISIONS

  • No deadline. The estimated completion time are based on previous commissions, and actual completion time may change based on drawing's complexity or my current circumstances (school, emergencies, Monday to Friday work-day, etc). Please don't rush me.

  • I will send you the drawing in 4 stages: initial sketch pose, initial character sketch + base color, clean sketch + base color, and final render.

  • Revisions are allowed 3 times in the initial sketch + base color stage such as pose and expression correction (if previously wasn't specifically given), accessories, and/or color.

  • Revisions after the initial character sketch + base color will be limited to only 1 time to minor thing such as adding accessories or items on the character

  • Any revisions that doesn't fall in the previous statements can incur additional fee with 10$ to 15$ scaling per added revisions.

  • Once the commission is completed, you will be notified, and the files will be sent through email or Google Drive.

  • CANCELLATIONs & REFUNDS

  • Cancellations are acceptable as long as payment hasn't been sent yet.

  • No refunds after the clean sketch are approved (before the final render).

  • You can ask for a refund if I haven't started your commission in 2 weeks after the payment has been sent.

  • If the client request a refund after the initial character sketch has been done, only 50% of the payment will be given.

  • If the client requests a refund after the clean sketch are done (before the final render), only 25% of the payment will be given.

  • PERMISSIONS, COPYWRIGHT, & USAGE

  • Commercial use includes: merchandises, graphic made for any business related work, promotional material such as (but not limited to) cover of books and/or CDs, displaying the artwork in any ad supported platforms like YouTube or TikTok with the intention of driving up sales, reach, engagements etc.

  • Commercial use commission will have 2 times the base price of personal use commission.

  • You may use the commissioned artwork as desktop or mobile phone background, profile pictures on social media, and/or upload the illustration as long as I'm credited.

  • Except for commercial use, any kind of reproducing and/or distributing the commissioned artwork that will generate you any kind of profit is prohibited.

  • I have the right to post your commissioned artwork or images, with my watermark, to any of my social media platforms in any time. Please tell me in advance if you would like your commission not to be posted until certain time or not to be posted at all.
